Invoice Generator is a free invoicing and quotation tool provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your documents, your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and quotations: amounts, taxes, business and client details. Tax names and rates are fully configurable precisely because rules differ per country. Nothing on this site is tax or legal advice, and we make no claim that any document satisfies your jurisdiction's requirements. Check with a local professional when in doubt.

Your data

The app stores everything locally in your browser (see privacy policy). Keep your own JSON backups. We are not liable for data lost when browser data is cleared.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool for fraud, forgery or any unlawful purpose. Documents you create are your own; do not misrepresent our tool as endorsing them.
